Romantic Valentine's Recipes

Keep it hot on February 14th!

In these tough economic times the smartest thing to do this Valentine’s Day might be to stay home and enjoy romantic valentine’s recipes with your sweetheart!

It doesn’t have to be expensive and we have a step-by-step plan for you to make this very special night hotter than any other night of the year!

1. Send an invitation and ask for an RSVP Just a simple Word document or any other software program you have to create colorful text and big fancy letters. Fashion the invitation after a formal invite and ask for an R.S.V.P. (répondez s'il vous plait, or – please respond).

2. Send the menu On Friday the 13th, (day before V-day falls on a very lucky day this year) send him a detailed menu of your romantic valentine’s recipes – use your best Chef’s pen and make it sound good. This is called ‘building anticipation’. Make sure that one of the items on the menu is “your kiss”.

3. Prepare in advance Make much of your meal Thursday and Friday so you don’t have to worry about it Saturday. Focus on beautifying your body with bubble bath and music. You’ve started fore-play

4. The dessert is your gift Special attention to the dessert. Brownies in a heart-shaped pan make a fantastic presentation with a scoop of ice-cream. Present this when he presents his card and flowers, (or other thoughtful gift).

5. Dress to impress Of course. Time to put on a gown or a slinky set that looks good and feels better.

6. Let him lead You can arrange the setting and make sure he’s fed well – but let him take it from here. Believe me, after the table you just set, he’ll steer it exactly the way it needs to go. Let him.
